Stacyville Community Nursing Home (SCNH) offers multiple levels of care to meet the varied needs of our residents and patrons. We are a community owned, not-for-profit facility governed by a voluntary Board of Directors and licensed by the State of Iowa. Stacyville Community Nursing Home is licensed for 34 beds for Intermediate/Skilled Care. We are located at 413 South Broad Street in the small community of Stacyville, Iowa. Medicare and Medicaid programs are accepted.
Stacyville Community Nursing Home opened in 1965. It is operated as a nonprofit agency governed by a board of area citizens and specialists. The on-site Outpatient Therapy Clinic offers physician-ordered physical, occupational, and speech therapy to those from the community and surrounding area. Clients pay for services not covered by Medicare and/or private insurance, and patients of any age are eligible to benefit from the Outpatient Therapy Clinic for services ordered by their physician.
