A couple reminders
​
1. Only 1 visit per week. 2 visitors allowed per visit. Visitors must be 18 years and older.
2. Each visitor will be screened and tested for COVID using a rapid test before each visit. Tests will be conducted at our facility, results will be known in 15 min. You will be sent home if you test positive.
3. Please show up at your scheduled time. Tests will be completed and visits will then be 45 min.
4. Please use the east wing entry way, located towards the road. You may enter through the first door but please wait until a staff member lets you in the second door.
5. Face masks must be worn at all times and we also ask that you stay in your designated visiting area.
